IRIS provides critical capabilities to expand IBM offerings for both the payments market and fraud market. Combined with IBM’s Counter Fraud Management portfolio and integrated with IBM’s Payments solutions, IRIS gives IBM a differentiated solution for the next generation of fraud prevention.

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Level Technical / Pre-sales solution team member for the IBM Safer Payment / IRIS Analytics team.

This is chance to get in on the ground floor with one of IBM’s newest acquisitions IRIS Analytics.IRIS serves all players in the payments industry ecosystem with a real-time fraud analytics engine that leverages machine learning to generate rapid ?White Box? anti-fraud models while also supporting the creation and modification of ad-hoc models.

The candidate will be focused on developing and progressing Safer Payments/ IRS opportunities in Europe with our Tier 1 & 2 Banking customers and our top based Card Issuers, Debit Card Issuers, Merchant Acquirers, and Payment Providers. You will lead the solution selling team in progressing opportunities from a technical sales standpoint.

The candidate will work within a ?tiger team? consisting of a Card Fraud Management / Payments Subject Matter Expert and a Sales Solution Seller. The candidate will be responsible for technical and pre sales related activities including qualification and opportunity progression, proposal generation, coordination of resources, providing in-depth demo’s, workshops, and executive level presentations.
Must be skilled in understanding customer business issues and challenges with payments and fraud and be able to translate and demonstrate those needs within the Safer Payment solution. You will also work closely with our Lab Services, Technical Sales, Offering Management, Safer Planet, Banking and IBM Account teams.
A proven track record of supporting the sale of complex solutions at the executive level is a must. Must be a flexible team player willing to do what is necessary to be successful with this start up.

Qualifications

* 3 years of Financial Services Payment & Fraud Management experience
* 5 years of technical / pre-sales solution selling experience in the enterprise software and/or analytics solution experience
* 5 years of C-Suite solution support and selling
* 3 years of Credit Card Issuer, Debit Card Issuer, Payments Processor and Merchant Acquirer experience
* English : Fluent
* German : Fluent
